it finally stopped raining

The weather this summer has been pants. I’d hoped to get out and about, taking lots of nice summery photographs of day trips and picnics… but alas, it has rained and then rained some more. But today the sun actually came out! So this morning I dashed outside to photograph the raindrops that have collected on the plants sparkling in the sun, before it went away again.
